She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles DeLong and Marjorie DeLong (Flint). She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Benjamin (Tiffany), Michael (Alyson) and Brittany (Chuck); her grandson Allen; and her siblings, Grant DeLong (Rita), Earl DeLong (Muriel) and Rebecca Vrooman (Roger). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Julie's desire was the donations be made to the Children's Ministries of Fellowship Baptist Church, 2604 US RT 11, Parish, NY 13131.
