He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Wills and Arlene Wills (Bruce); and his brothers, Bruce C. Wills and Ian R. Wills. He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Wills (Seeburger); his son Zachary Wills (Mary); his grandsons, Zachary Jr. and Jeremiah; and his siblings, Robert (Kathy) of North Carolina, George (Mary) of Florida and Anna of Oswego. He is also survived by his son, grandsons, and nephews.
