He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Erin Bailey and Brian Bailey (Amanda); his grandson Caleb Coogan; and his sister Shirley Osterhout.
Jerry's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation at Upstate.
