He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hall and Nettie Hall; and his sisters, Nancy Wart and Susanne Heagle. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Hall (Richardson); his son David A. Hall (Sandra Johnson); his grandson Hunter A. Hall; his brother-in-law Donald M. Wart; his close friend Joyce M. Upcraft; and also Amy R. Hall-Bernys.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. (2983 W Main St, Parish, NY 13131). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Eugene's name may be made to the Parish United Methodist Church and the Parish American Legion #601.
