He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy S. Sr. Smith and Mildred Black Smith. He is survived by: his former wife Katharine Smith; his siblings, Eugene Smith, Peggy Contant and Elaine Cook; his children, Tracey Hurley (Larry), Amy Buckert (Mike) and Paul Smith (Tara); his grandchildren, Kristina Hyatt (Jared), Brandon Hurley (Colleen), Katie Hurley (Brandon), Tanner Fox (Whitney), Brodie Buckert, Hayden Smith, Quinn Smith and Paige Brimacomb (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Kaysen Craig, Caleb Eder, Cohen Eder, Ellie Hurley, Teagan Hurley, Remi Fox and Kinsley Kleiser. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
