He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Skinkle and Grace Skinkle (Edwards). He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Collyn Skinkle (Jon VanEss) and Craig Skinkle; his sisters, Barbara White and Wendy Whitcomb; and his cousins, Bob and Kate Ludwig. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
