He is survived by: his significant other Valorie W. Young; his children, Adam Stephens Townsend (Megan), Marta Elizabeth Edgeworth (Grant), Alicia Marie Smith (Drew), Casie Rose Whitney and Taylor Whitney (Krista); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Ari Marie, Ali, Stephens, Morgan, Vander, Juniper and Baby Smith.
