He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Hurlbut and Lois Hurlbut. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hurlbut; his children, Jordan, Lindsey and Evan; his siblings, Scott Hurlbut (Susan), Marianne Bastin (Eric), Darrel Hurlbut (Tammy) and Greg Hurlbut (Melissa); and his uncle David Hurlbut (Jacquie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
