She was predeceased by: her husband Adrian Fortuna; and her former husband David Farr. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Nichols (Lee) and Bill Fortuna; her sisters, Penny Howard (Jimmy), Shelley Lindstrom (Rabbi) and Patty Eaton; and her grandchildren, Camryn Fortuna and William Nichols.
