He was predeceased by: his father Roberto Hernandez. He is survived by: his significant other Betsy Bove Hernandez; his children, Ty and Bailey Hernandez; his grandson Brooks Hernandez; his mother Myrtha Ortiz Negrón; his mother-in-law Jane Bachison; his siblings, Lisette Hernandez Couture, Heidi Bove Berrios, Wendy Kostrzebski, Tammy Bove, Amy Hernandez, Danny Hernandez, Jeffrey Bove, Paul Kostrzebski and Bart Couture; and his close friend Bob Freeland. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
