Jessica L. Locey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jessica L. Locey of Palmyra, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 28. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jessica L. Locey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George Tilburg, Gordon and Linda Locey. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Locey and Julie Locey; her brother Jeffrey Locey; her grandmother Shirley Tilburg; her uncle Gordon Locey (Joni); her aunt Ann Marie Locey (Brian Warney); her husband Cole Otto; and her pets, Ella, Watson and Kimber. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Murphy Macedon Chapel (1040 NY-31, Macedon, NY 14502). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cross Creek Church (3700 NY-31, Palmyra, NY 14522).
