With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helga H. Haak of Palmyra, New York, who passed away on September 29, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Daniel Thomas; her husband Donald Haak; and her parents, Josef Anton and Martha Maria Merkl. She is survived by: her children, Petra Anderson (Steve LeBrun) and Shawn Haak (Tammy); her brothers, Horst Merkl (Pat) and Adam Dorst (Erika); her grandchildren, Dan Pittinaro (Jess), Hannah Weinmann (John), Joshua Haak (Lindsay) and Ryan Hewson; her great grandchildren, Graycie, Hadley, Greta and Carson; and her close friends, Gail and David Hewson. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
