He is survived by: his sons, Shannon (Carrie) and Sergio Case (Cathy); his grandchildren, Aleece, Lauren, Ella, Jamie and Lucas; his sisters, Sandy VanHaneghan and Linda Bevis (Tim); his sister-in-law Janice Case; and his close friends, Bruce, Donna Garrett, Phil Sullivan, Judy Tidd, Chris and Krista Jamison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
