He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester VanKouwenberg and Geraldine VanKouwenberg. He is survived by: his wife Cyndi; his children, Jacqueline Thorpe Greutman (Mark), Stephenie Gibbs, Zachary Gibbs (Courtney), Katherine Collins (Derrick) and Jonathan VanKouwenberg (Hannah Jang); and his sister Sue VanKouwenberg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (3896 Buffalo St, Marion, NY 14505). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Canal Town Community Church of Palmyra (100 W Main St, Palmyra, NY 14522).
