He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Hickman (David) and Guy Turner; his sister Tessa DuVall (TJ); and his grandparents, Al Plumb (Janelle), Peter Turner and Sherry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, & countless friends.
