Eleanor M. Giles Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor M. Giles of Palmyra, New York, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on March 8, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Mapes and Evelyn Corbett Mapes; her husband Robert H. Giles; her sisters, Marjorie Augustine and Reva Hitchcock; and her son-in-law Robert Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Francis, Roger (Kathy), Richard (Kim), Ronald (Sandy), R. Craig, R. Scott (Noreyda) and R. Dean Giles; and her sister Ann Lafler. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 6 great-greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
