We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, at the age of 82, Dianne Balch (Palmyra, New York), born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Malinowski and June Holland Malinowski; her former husband Roy Ashbaugh; her adoptive father Rev. A. Howard Gabriel; and her sisters, Kathleen Clark and Barbara VanTassel.
She is survived by: her husband James Balch; her sisters, Patricia Murphy, Marcia Brown and Pearl Bloom; and her children, Keith Hathway, Kenneth Hathway, Laurie Hathway Burris, Robert Ashbaugh and Troy Ashbaugh. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and numerous family and friends.
