He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Smith and Doris "Hall" Smith; his grandson Jason Morf; and his siblings, Earl Smith, Lois Pratt, Ronnie Smith and Doris Ann Pulcini.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Matteson (Rick) and Jackie Steines (Tom); the mother of his children Sharon "Lane" Smith; his grandchildren, Kacie, Jordyn Matteson, Jenna and Brooke Steines; his siblings, Larry Smith, Bob Smith, Freddy Smith (Carol), Betty McNally, Hazel Schwartz (Chuck) and Carolyn Herman; and his close friends, Willie, Shelley Ryder and Arlene Smith. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
