He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur I. Bills Sr. and Shirley Bills (Scott); his daughters, Melanie and Heather; his sister Barbara Bills; and his brother-in-law Robert Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughters, Kimberly, Kelly and Darcie; and his siblings, Allen C. Bills, Andrew Bills (Lenny), Beverly Perry (Robert) and Betty DeRycke (Allen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
