He is survived by: his parents, Martin Daley and Helen Hinkley Daley of Mt. Marion; his brothers, Michael Daley (Kerry) of Wake Forest, NC and Mark Daley (Kristine) of West Hurley; his close friend Jessica Benjamin of Saugerties; his nephews, Ryan and Sean; and his niece Claudia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
