He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard E. "Bud", Kate Praetorius, William and Judy Spring; and his uncles, Howard "Buddy" Praetorius Jr., Harry Praetorius, Christopher Heckler and Timothy Spring.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald Spring Sr. and Helen Praetorius Spring of Palenville; his sister Heather Halvorsen (Jonathan) of Palenville; his nephews, Michael Premo and Jeremy Halvorsen (Luci) of Palenville; his stepson Jackson Whitaker; his aunts, Cindy Turngren (Ed), Laurie Heckler of Saugerties and Lisa Spring of Round Top; and his cousins, Ian Heckler (Jill) of Saugerties, Bill Spring of Round Top and Kaitlyn Praetorius of Palenville.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home (139 Jefferson Heights, Catskill, NY 12414). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
