He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Anna Fischer Johnson; and his wife Ellen M. Naugle. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Johnson of Earlton, Stacey Smith of Schenectady and Leslie Keil (Richard) of Catskill; his grandchildren, Erich Keil, Maxwell Keil, Emily Smith and Olivia Smith; and his sister Carol Pavin of Staten Island. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
