He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Casler and Nellie Casler (Donahoe); and his siblings, Fred, Jim, Doris, Ruth, Stanley, George and Homer.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Shiminski (Don) of Damariscotta, Bob Casler (Pam) of Amenia, Beth Veit (Bill) of Palatine Bridge, Rich Casler of Cooperstown and Scott Casler of Cohoes; his brother Dick Casler of Herkimer; his grandchildren, Jessica, Michelle (Dennis), Trisha (Mike) and Kelly (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Pat Casler of Ithaca and Jim Wagner of Fayetteville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
