Holtz of Palatine Bridge, Donna L. Holtz of Palatine Bridge and Nancy E. Holtz (Duane Yost) of Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Keith, Amy Blakeslee, Matt, Michelle Blakeslee, Christopher, Angie Blakeslee, Ken, StaceyWilder, Jody, Dan Walsh, Jennifer and David Petteys (DJ). She was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
