Shibley and Rosalie Balwochus Shibley; his wife Debra Shibley; his children, Eric Shibley, Nicolle Shibley and Beth Rockwell (Justin); his siblings, Patricia Crouse, Shelia Hearn and Mark Shibley; his grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Logan, Rylee and Gabrielle; and his great grandchild Madison. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
