She was predeceased by: her son Jason L. Caska. She is survived by: her parents, Charles Joseph Caska and Joan Patricia Marshall Caska; her grandchildren, Jason L. Caska, Jr. and Michaela E Caska; and her sisters, Dr. Barbara A. Caska of Dublin and Ireland.
