He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis L. Ford Sr. and Leda Ford (McIntosh); and his sisters, Eleanor Gulliver and Cynthia Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Helene; his children, John "Fuzzy" (Stacie) of Addison, Margaret "Peggy" Hopkins (Stephen) of Jefferson, MD and Peter (Teresa Knapp) of Painted Post; his grandchildren, Daniel (Audra) of Las Vegas, NV, Kristina Hopkins of Owings Mills, MD, Matthew Hopkins (Julie) of Ellicott City, MD, Logan and Ryker of Addison; and his great grandchildren, Owen and Charles Hopkins of Ellicott City, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and members of his extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 1316 College Avenue, Elmira, NY 14901.
