He was predeceased by : his father Richard Otto Vollgraf. He is survived by : his mother Dawn Rhoades Matthews of Painted Post; his brother David S. Vollgraf of Florida; and his niece Brittney Vollgraf. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, and many life long musical friends.
