It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel S. Moncrief (Painted Post, New York), born in East Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Evelyn Siver and Merle Siver. She is survived by: her spouse Lloyd "Monny" Moncrief; her daughter Gayle Bicknell (Van) of Painted Post; her sister Arlene Lehman of Raleigh, NC; her granddaughters, Keleigh Alsheimer (Zach), Logan Bicknell and Hailey Bicknell; her niece Patricia Sly of Syracuse; and her nephew Mark Waite (Sue) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Ethel's name to Corning Christian Academy, 11 Aisne Street, Corning, NY 14830.
