He is survived by: his spouse Barbara J. Ruggles; his daughters, Sharon Jacobi of Painted Post, NY and Sheryl Swett of Painted Post, NY; his grandchildren, Melyssa Lindstrand (Andrew) of Big Flats, NY and Allyson St (Derrek); and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Simpson of Campbell, NY, Kay Ruggles of Corning, NY, Dale Ruggles of Savona, NY, James Ruggles (Shirley) of West Virginia and Gerald Abbey of Corning, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
