It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Latta Mowrer (Painted Post, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on April 20, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Mowrer and Ruth Mowrer (Latta); his wife Jane; his children, Michael Mowrer (Marse) of Columbus, IN and Lauran Wilson (Everett) of Painted Post; his brother Joseph Mowrer (Gail) of Pittsford, NY; his grandchildren, Ashley Wilson (Tyler Baird), Brenna Wilson, Mitchell Mowrer (Jordan Ahmay), Molly Mowrer and Margaret Mowrer; his brother-in-law David Yonkers (Mary) of Fairview, PA; and his pets, Oscar and Zeke. He was also cherished by two nieces and four nephews.
