He is survived by: his spouse Peggy; his children, Rutger-Jan, Patrick (Elizabeth), Christiaan and Daniel (Michi); his grandchildren, Jackson, Spencer, Hendrik, Catherina, Andrew, Alivia and Marshall; and his siblings, Paulien Keultjes (Harrie), Wim (Jeanne), Niek (Frieda) and Alfons (Anja). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ton's memory to Christ Church, Oyster Bay.
