He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Finch and Maggie Finch (Miner); his wife Ila (Moors); his sons, Frank, Jeff (Rebecca) of Greensboro, N. C. and James (Ruth Smith) of Oxford; his grandsons, Brandon Finch (Beth) of Scotts Hill, NC and Derek Finch (Christina) of Kwajalein; and his sisters, Joyce Mack and Patricia Bacon.
