He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Timperlake; and his parents, Earl Timperlake and Mary Timperlake (Kopac). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Timperlake; his children, Janet, James Brown, Andrew John Timperlake and Kim Miranda; and his grandsons, Robert Brown (Cassie) and Noah Timperlake. He is also survived by his three stepchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital or St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
