He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis P. Smith and Sarah Smith of Gloucester City. He is survived by: his close friend Kathryn Yorks; and his children, Otis, John, David and Nancy. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
