He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hamstra (Hough); his sons, Mark (Vivian Wang) of New York City and Ross (Lorraine Hamstra) of Galloway, NJ; his grandchildren, Dale, Nadine and Grant; his brother Richard (Gale) of Norwich; his brother Harold (Betty) of Knoxville, TN; his children, Heather and Andrew; and also Arden.
