We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2022, at the age of 76, John E. Covell of Oxford, New York, born in Norwich, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

For his birthday last year his only wish was to have a party with his family because COVID kept them apart for too long.
