He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances J. Loughren and Margaret Evelyn Loughren (Wright). He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Loughren; his sons, Michael Waters (Terri), Jerry "Bug" Loughren (Marie) and Andrew Waters (Sarah) of Smyrna; his grandchildren, Mya Loughren, Logan Waters, Cameron Waters, Luke Waters and Elle Waters; his siblings, Tom Loughren (Donna) of Oxford, Ray Loughren (Elizabeth) of Ft. Myers, FL, Linda Loughren of Norwich, Sue Loughren of Florida and Rich Loughren of Binghamton; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Cavness of Greene, Jean Sharpe (Dan) of Norwich and Mark Waters (Bonnie Anderson) of Port Deposit, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Alex Loughren Thomas (Bryan), James Loughren, Jacob, Jonah Loughren, Robert Corbin, Keith Corbin (Stacey), Raymond Cavness (Deb), Rebecca Root (Phil), Danny Sharpe, Ryan Sharpe (Ingrid) and Adrienne Sharpe (Tyler). He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and several cousins.
