He was predeceased by: his father William L. Wakefield; and his cousin Amelia Wakefield. He is survived by: his mother Renae Wakefield (Mackey); his wife Maria Wakefield; his daughter Taylor Wakefield; his sister Ashley Wakefield (Glen Ross); his nieces, Sequoia and Willow; his family, Dain Cast, Stephanie Bush, Colleen Mead and Kevin Fritschler; and his pets, Groot, Rocket and Keria Roo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family members, his fair family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Jeremy's memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
