He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Carlin and Permelia L. Carlin (Wheaton); his siblings, Gerald Carlin, Forrest Carlin and Dorothy Williams; and his grandson Joshua.
He is survived by: his wife Erma J. Monroe; his children, Clifford (Teresa Carlin), Debra Carlin (Jere Spathelf), Chris Ross (Gary McLean) and Teresa (Rod Flood); and his grandchildren, Robin, Tammy, Wendy, Shelley, Shawn, Scott, Tina, Richard, Kara, Nikki and Brittany.
