She was predeceased by: her mother Wilma Dean; and her son Jonathan Bush. She is survived by: her husband Allen D. Bush; her great grandchildren, Carter, Aleigha and Gabriel; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Landen and Kenzie; her father Douglas Dean; and her siblings, Sari Carey, Judi Mansheffer (Pete) and Paul Dean. She is also survived by many in laws and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Carrie's memory can be made to the St. Jude's Children's Cancer Research.
