She is survived by: her mother Elsie McGowan Dutcher (Douglas Mazza); her children, Jessica Mills (Aron Howe), Gerrid Ross (Cary Ann Ross) and Allen Ross (DeAnna Ross); her siblings, Bobbie Jo Dean, Betty Jo Sutton (Scott Sutton), Gen Spencer (Kurt Spencer) and William Dutcher (Monique Dutcher); and her grandchildren, Rachele, Josh, Tanner, Bradin, Collin, Kaylyn and Mackenzie. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
