With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Pease Milligan (Owego, New York), born in McLean, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas D. Milligan; and her brothers, Joseph N. Pease, Theodore K. Pease and Robert F. Pease. She is survived by: her children, David Milligan, Elaine Milligan, Rebecca Hager, Stephen Hager, Deborah Milligan, John Milligan and Suzanne Milligan; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Thomas, Mary, Noah, Sarah and Jennifer. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
