He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Donald Doty and Margaret Doty (Waters); his wife Jane Doty; and his brothers, Louis and Joseph Doty.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Laurie Doty), Susan (Steven Murphy) and Thomas (Kristine Doty); his grandchildren, Matthew Murphy, Meghan Mahoney (Tim), Jillian Darling (Jordan), Kaitlyn Adler (Daniel) and Evan Doty; his great grandchild Olin Thomas Mahoney; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Alicia Doty; his sister Elizabeth; his brother-in-law Alan Bush; and also Joyce Jackman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
