It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Duff of Owego, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duff and Freda Duff (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Duff (Baker); his children, James (Roxanne), Genevieve (Kevin), Joseph, Jerry, Julie (Todd) and JoAnne; his grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Peter, Amelia, Corinna, Aidan, Zachary, Lauren, Chloe and Joseph Jr.; his sisters, Carolyn Wright (Orville), Dolores Duff-Kelly and Inalou Davey (John Jr.); his nieces and nephews, JoEllen, Janelle and Jeffrey; and his pet Rupert.
