It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Rogers of Owego, New York, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rogers and Neva Rogers (Marshall); his wife Carol Short; his siblings, Barbara Lupole, Pat Biller, James William Roger, Judy Likashuk and Herbie McDowell; his grandson Steven Sergeant, Jr.; and his great grandchild Steve Tuttle.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Rogers, Jr. (Tylene), Tina Rogers, Pamela Fredenburg (Greg) and Hope Cole; and his siblings, Frank Rogers, Sandra Cosgrove, Richard Roger, Peggy Talcott (Elmer), Harvey Rogers (Mary), Jack Rogers (Lorrie), Danny Rogers and Greg Rogers (Martha). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 61 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
