He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Shady and Frances Shady (Slozenski); his parents-in-law, Donald and Louise Martin; and his brother-in-law George Ridenour.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Martin); his children, Michael Shady (Rebecca), Timothy Shady, Linda Coye (Seth) and Kristin Oliver (Brian); his grandchildren, Bradley, Jameson, Reagan, Elisabeth and Carlee; his sisters, Lorraine Pruitt (Wayne) and Jeanette Shady; and his friend Robert Robinson (Ginny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
