It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert C. Vergason (Owego, New York), who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Brown Vergason; his parents, Charles Vergason and Catherine Vergason (Roosa); and his siblings, Doris, Jack and Joyce.

He is survived by: his daughter Diane; his son-in-law John Lacey of Barton, NY; his granddaughter Denise (Jeremy Corcoran); his great grandchild Lydia Corcoran of Apalachin, NY; and his pets, Gracie, Sophie and Molly.

Those wishing, may consider a memorial contribution in memory of Bob to the Owego United Methodist Church, or to Lourdes Hospice.
