He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Reynolds (Kellie), Jacob Prokop (Brooke) and Nicholas Prokop; the mother of his children Michelle Reynolds-Prokop; his siblings, Frank Jr. Prokop (Diana), Kevin Prokop (Debbie) and Patricia "Patty" Prokop; his grandchildren, Lilah and Parker Reynolds; his niece Nicole Prokop (Travis); his nephew Richard "Ritchie" Prokop (Lauren); and his close friends, Tim Grady, Jeff Thiel and Tim Reardon.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel (273 Main St, Nichols, NY 13812). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Original Bar & Lounge (23 Lake St, Owego, NY 13827).
