He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Sifonte and Catalina Sifonte; and his brother Moses Sifonte. He is survived by: his children, Mariah Sifontes, Nicole Squires (Jessica), Richard Sifonte, Jacklin Sifonte (Nelson Ramirez) and Carolina Sifonte; and his grandchildren, Sajony and Arelis Ramirez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
